Hi, I’m Ali!
Certified yoga teacher, lifelong rider, and the founder of Citrus Equestrian Wellness.
I created this space because yoga changed the way I ride, recover, and feel in my body. After years in the saddle, I realized my love for movement and my love for horses didn’t have to live in separate worlds, they could work together to help me thrive.
Now, I help fellow equestrians build strength, ease tension, and stay in the saddle longer, on and off the mat.
